Privacy notice.

This notice explains how Shanghai Heytrade International Trade Co., Ltd. (“Heytrade”, “we”) uses information submitted through this website. For privacy requests, contact anthony@heytrade.ltd.

Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, country or destination and any optional company, phone or procurement details you choose to provide. These may include selected packaging ranges, quantities, capacities, materials, customization requirements and your message.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to understand your requirements, contact you about your project, prepare or coordinate a quotation and maintain a record of the business conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiry records are received and handled by the Heytrade team. We use our website hosting and business collaboration services, including Feishu, to receive and manage these records. Where needed to assess a packaging requirement, relevant specification details may be shared with suppliers. We do not sell inquiry details.

Basic request information

The website and hosting service may process technical request details, such as request time, referring page, submitted campaign parameters and network information, to operate the inquiry service, prevent spam and troubleshoot delivery. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your packaging brief.

Browser storage

The website uses essential browser local storage to remember the product identifiers in your inquiry shortlist. It does not store your name, email, phone number or form message in that storage. You can remove items from the shortlist or clear your browser’s site storage. We do not use marketing trackers on this website.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information as needed for the business conversation and related recordkeeping. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We will review the request and any recordkeeping requirements that apply.
